IslandBikini.com started as an idea on Guam, but the roots go back further.

Long before there was a name or any kind of plan, I was just a guy with a camera in Sacramento — chasing light, flipping through magazine ads, and asking friends to stand in front of fountains and freeway underpasses. It wasn’t about anything. It was just about doing.

The name came later. Guam came later. But the urge to shoot — to make something out of light and instinct — started here.

This site is a quiet archive. A place to remember the frames that came before I knew what I was doing, and even more — before I knew why.

Some of the early posts might not fit the name.

They aren’t all from Guam. They aren’t all bikinis.

But they’re part of the foundation.

This is where I started — and that felt worth including.
